Very easy to communicate with and changes were made promptly. Flexibility in maintaining site and helpful video to reference was a great added resource! They were very receptive with other software our site was currently using as well so we could add changes worry free.

Simon and his team were great to work with. Both quality of work and communication far exceeded my expectations, as we had never worked together before. He and his team were incredibly fast and efficient, and always managed to fix every issue until the site worked completely smoothly, both on mobile and desktop version. In term of communication, Simon was very clear about what they needed and how long it would take. This is my 2nd time using them to do work on my website and I am VERT PLEASED!! They always do exactly what I ask and they stay in touch with you throughout the process! I've used a few other Shopify experts and wasn't too happy because they didn't respond back to me within a reasonable amount of time and took so long to complete one simple task but It Geeks works fast to get the job done and communicates with you (I appreciate that). I highly recommend them if you need ANYTHING done on your website.
